Slough Womens allotment project has another session coming up.

The project is FREE and is open to ALL pregnant and new mums living in Slough.

The aim of the project is to…
• Reduce isolation
• Support physical and emotional wellbeing
• Build new friendships
• Mood enhancer
• Grow and harvest vegetables
• Promote healthy eating
• Connect with nature
• FREE produce to take home

The sessions are volunteer-led so no gardening experience is necessary. Their allotment is situated on Stoke Road.
