Something enchanted and mysterious has descended upon the forest at Black Park, can you help uncover the secrets of this Mythical & Magical Trail? All manner of legendary characters have appeared in the woods, waiting to be found by brave adventurers like you! 

Get outside and enjoy a Summer walk around Black Park with family and friends. See if you can follow the map and fill out the quiz sheet to find all the characters hidden in the woods. From Unicorns to Wizards, there will be lots to spot on this magical trail.

Running Tuesday 22nd August - Thursday 24th August 2023

ONLINE PRICE - £2 plus booking fee per child, includes map, pencil and experience. Each attending child must purchase a ticket. Adults and young babies in prams go free. You are advised to book online. As long as your chosen timeslot hasn't sold out, a limited number of tickets will be available to purchase on the day, however ON THE DAY TICKETS will be sold at £3 per child. Card payments only.

Please note WE WILL NOT BE PROVIDING PRIZES. The price compared to previous years has been reduced to reflect this. 

Last entry 2pm - The trail is packed down daily at 2:30pm so you must complete the trail by this time. You can arrive at any point during your half an hour window. 

Meeting Point: Black Park visitor centre (located next to the cafe). Just follow the signs anti-clockwise around the lake from the car park to the visitor centre - it is about a 10 minute walk. Buggies are welcome!
