Come and join in some Forest School fun! 

There will be lots of things to get involved in including the mud kitchen, digging pit, bug hunting and more. You'll also be able to have a go at using tools!
We will go ahead in most weathers so please bring suitable clothing and expect to get a little messy. 

Each session we will have a different focus activity or craft. For the Christmas Special we will be using tools to make a miniature Christmas Tree decoration made from natural materials.

This session is primarily aimed at children of 5 -10 years old due to the use of tools, however we also have the same activities out that we include for the Tots sessions so that younger siblings can come along. A ticket is needed for all children taking part. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the duration of the session.

Activities should always be child-led with the children being encouraged to choose what they would like to do to help them build on their self-esteem, confidence and independence.
Please note we only have a fire October through to May, weather and time dependent.

Meeting point
Black Pines Camp (behind the picnic area, Foxley Copse). Just follow the blue butterfly signs anti-clockwise around the lake from the car park - it is about a 20 minute walk for little legs. Buggies are welcome! An example of the signs to look out for are below, as well as a map to show you the route to Black Pine's Camp from Black Park's Public Car Park (marked in yellow).
