Black Park is a great place to see dragonflies and our rangers would love to share their knowledge with you. You don’t need any experience to join this family walk, just bring your enthusiasm and all of your dragonfly questions. For the welfare of the dragonflies, we will not be catching any insects on this walk but there may be a chance to see an exuvia (or find out what one is!)

When is it?
The walk will run from 14.00-15.30hrs.

Meeting Point
You will be met by one of the Ranger Team by the Visitor Information Point in Black Park, situated close to the Lakeside café. For reference, please see the map below - the yellow star is where to meet. Please note that the meeting point can only be accessed from the lake side of the Visitor Information Point and there is no access from the office car park.
